Hi, I'm Elle

I'm a Lifestyle Coach specialising in Productive Minimalism, and I help busy professionals create spaces and systems that bring peace and productivity.

For 10 years, I was co-founder of a beauty business that grew global incredibly quickly. As Head of Marketing with a team of designers, I was essentially working 24/7 - my mind never switched off. Some days I'd work late into the evening because there simply wasn't enough time during regular hours to get everything done.

I'd come home totally exhausted, wanting nothing more than to mindlessly scroll my phone or binge Netflix. But even then, work thoughts would creep in. I live with my husband and teenage sister - both wonderfully messy people - and I found myself constantly tidying and organising, giving away bags of stuff every couple of weeks, yet always feeling like there was clutter everywhere.

I couldn't focus on any task unless the space around me was decluttered. I couldn't enjoy weekends, had no time for hobbies, and everything I started - including books - remained unfinished.
